Exercise #1 Goblet Squat:

Exercise #4 Forward Lunge And Press:


Step #1: Grab yourself a pair of dumbbells and hold them in the rack position above your shoulders.
Step #2: Make sure your feet are shoulder width apart, and that your toes are pointed straight ahead.

Step #3: Lunge forward with your left leg while simultaniously pressing the dumbbells over your head.
Step #4: Push hard into the ground and return to the starting position while lowering the dumbbells back to the rack position.

Step #1: Begin with a narrow stance with your feet slightly wider then shoulder width apart.
